USER AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions set forth below govern your use of the services provided on this website (laTreats.com) and are legally binding on you. EVENT SERVICE PROPOSAL COMPLIANCE

LaTreats.com gives business users the ability to make proposals to users who create events with services matching such business. In the event that an event creator approves a proposal and moves to execute before the event deadline, the proposer must honor the proposal. Failure to honor an approved proposal is a violation of these terms.

All materials on this site (as well as the organization and layout of this site) are owned and copyrighted by laTreats.com or its suppliers. All rights reserved. No reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the copyrighted materials at this site is permitted without the written permission of laTreats.com.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

If your use of this web site or the materials therein results in the need for servicing or replacing property, material, equipment or data, laTreats.com is not responsible for those costs. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by a USER or others does not waive laTreats.com’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Because damages are often difficult to quantify, if it becomes necessary for laTreats.com to pursue legal action to enforce the user agreement and terms of use, the user will be liable to pay laTreats.com the cost of pursuing such legal action.

CONDUCT

NO SPAM POLICY

USERS may not send unsolicited email advertisements to laTreats.com email addresses or through laTreats.com computer systems, which is expressly prohibited by these agreement. Any unauthorized use of laTreats.com computer systems is a violation of this terms of use and certain federal and state laws, including without limitation the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. 1030 et seq.). Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

laTreats.com grants USER a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Service for personal and business uses. This license does not include: (a) access to the Service by Posting Agents; or (b) any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Service nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by laTreats.com. A limited exception to (b) is provided to general purpose internet search engines and non- commercial public archives that use such tools to gather information for the sole purpose of displaying hyperlinks to the Service, provided they each do so from a stable IP address or range of IP addresses using an easily identifiable agent. "General purpose internet search engine" does not include a website or search engine or other service that specializes in classified listings or in any subset of classifieds listings such as jobs, housing, for sale, services, or personals, or which is in the business of providing classified ad listing services. Any use of the Service beyond the scope of the AGREEMENT granted by laTreats.com immediately terminates said permission or license. In order to collect, aggregate, copy, duplicate, display or make derivative use of the Service or any Content made available via the Service for other purposes (including commercial purposes) not stated herein, you must first obtain a license from laTreats.com. TERMINATION OF SERVICE laTreats.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to delete or deactivate any USERS account, block USERS email or IP address, or otherwise terminate any access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if laTreats.com believes that any USER has acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the user AGREEMENT and terms of use. laTreats.com shall not be liable for any damages whether actual, incidental or consequential to USER or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. Further, USER agrees not to attempt to use the Service after said termination. MISCELLANEOUS

This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada where laTreats.com is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. laTreats.com's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between laTreats.com and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction.
